The ‘price’ for Getting New Customers is real. Inmany cases it is sizable and cannot be ignored.

Have you tried to estimate value of one of your customers over 5 years or 10 years? How much business would you be able to get from one average client over a life time? These numbers are hard to ignore. If you multiply that by 100 or 1000 clients, there is a very successful business.

Not to forget, satisfied clients recommend their suppliers to business acquaintances, friends and family. Over a life long relationship one client may bring on average 5-10 new clients. This is very simple math! 

In summary, there is a cost involved to get a new client. We are paying this willingly, upfront and NOW. Each new client will give us a significant amount of business over their life time. They will bring us upwards of 10 new clients. Simple logic!
